Shipping policy

DELIVERY DELAY

The order deadline to receive your package before Christmas is December 17th. For remote areas, the deadline is December 10. We are not responsible for delivery times caused by carriers.

We ship orders within 7-9 business days of receipt. Delivery time by carriers is usually 2 to 3 business days following shipment.

Please note that these delays may extend for certain remote regions or during certain busier times of the year. We are not responsible for delivery times caused by carriers.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to help you track your package. If you experience difficulties with your delivery, please write to us at info@maisonparea.ca

Delivery to Canada only.

SHIPPING COST

Free delivery on all orders of $125 or more (after discounts and before taxes).

Delivery costs between $12.00 and $17.00 depending on the shipping region, for any purchase under $125 (before taxes).

If your package is returned to us due to an error entering the shipping address, we will return the item to you at your expense.

SHIPPING METHOD

We reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice for shipping orders.
